I have a true passion for health and fitness.

​

It led me to furthering my knowledge in the field by completing a sports and exercise sciences undergraduate degree and then, a masters in strength and conditioning.

I now intend to use the knowledge I acquired, along with previous experience working with professional athletes, to help others in their fitness journey no matter what stage they are.

I have been operating for over 2 years and previously worked with Ealing trailfinders rugby club strength and conditioning department.

 

Together we can make lasting health and lifestyle changes for an improved quality of life both physically and mentally!
